CHORES:Cattle painting series

Over the past decade, I have had the fortunate opportunity to follow my father through his life's work while creating a photography documentary of some of the daily responsibilities that are involved in living the farm life. You can see some of these photographs here in my NEBRASKA LIFE Photography Documentary page.

These paintings are created from the native relationship I share with my home state of Nebraska and are authentic in their intention and nature. I am a fourth generation Nebraska farm girl and I am proud of my heritage and support the ideals of agriculture. 

The view of most of these paintings come from the "Farmer's view", as I am usually either driving the tractor, seated beside my father on the fender of the tractor or riding passenger in his Chevy pick-up truck.
